Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Larger fixtures (linear pendants over 59" and pathway bollards) may ship separately and can take a few additional days.
Returns
We want you to love the light you chose. If it's not right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your fixture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Hardwired fixtures
For safety and warranty reasons, hardwired fixtures that have been installed cannot be returned unless defective. Please confirm sizing and placement before installation — our team is happy to help you check measurements before you order.
