Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're ordering from elsewhere, contact us before purchasing and we'll see what we can do.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — reach out as soon as possible with your order number.

Are your outdoor lights really waterproof?
Our outdoor fixtures carry an IP65 rating — fully protected against rain, spray, and dust. They're built for porches, patios, gardens, and exposed facades.
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician. Plug-in models can be set up by anyone. Each product page lists the installation type under specifications.
Are the LEDs replaceable?
Most of our fixtures use integrated LEDs rated for approximately 50,000 hours — over a decade of typical use. Fixtures with replaceable bulbs (like our floor lamps with E27 sockets) note this on the product page.
What do the light color options mean?
Warm White (~3000K) is cozy and golden. Neutral White (~4000K) is balanced and natural. Cool White (~5000K+) is crisp and bright. Dimmable models let you adjust color and brightness by remote.

What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
